Service Manager - Nottingham - Service Relationship - Service Management - Service Level Management - ITIL

The Role
It will be up to you to manage the service relationship with key clients in support of the account team. The work will be challenging - delivering to client expectations requires managing activity across multiple internal partners and working with systems integration partners and suppliers. We will also depend on you to make improvements for the future and to keep an eye on new deliveries that will affect your client. You should be confident when it comes to driving change and adapt at managing stakeholders right up to senior level.
Specifically my client is looking for the following:
*Previous experience of service level management in the public sector or working for a systems integrator supporting the public sector.
*Setting, monitoring and reviewing SLAs.
*Excellent stakeholder engagement/ management skills .
*Strong experience of IT Service Level Management and ITIL V3 .
*Proven experience in managing a high quality client service experience.
Experience with the following is a clear advantage:
*Ability to liaise with and coordinate multiple service delivery points across matrix IT services in a large organisation
*Identifying and delivering improvement to process
*Knowledge and expertise of competitive tendering and up front service planning
THIS IS NOT A SERVICE DELIVERY ROLE - although a service delivery, background may be of value so long as you have had experience in Service Level Management
